Glenn Brooke has spent his career at the intersection of hard science and human judgment.

Thirty-three years in R&D and informatics leadership at Pioneer, DuPont, and Corteva, all organizations operating at global scale, under genuine pressure, with real consequences for decisions made or delayed. He holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, and he has traveled and taught in 37 countries, working alongside leaders across different cultural and organizational contexts.

He has seen, firsthand, what separates leaders who last from those who don't. It isn't intelligence. It isn't technical skill. It is steady, grounded judgment earned over time.

That conviction shapes everything Glenn does now. He coaches business professionals and nonprofit leaders through high-stakes transitions, complex decisions, and the slow, necessary work of becoming someone worth following. He draws on a body of work that includes authoring 26 books and decades of practical experience in organizations where theory had to meet reality.

His current focus is the challenge most leaders are quietly wrestling with: how to use AI and other powerful tools without gradually outsourcing your thinking. Speed is easy to acquire. Discernment is not.

Glenn has a rare blend of depth and practicality. He draws on timeless wisdom without ever drifting into abstraction. His ability to apply what he has learned in meaningful ways is unmatched.
